Acne Prevention Vitamins

In this post we will discuss about vitamin prevention of acne.
Vitamin is one component of nutrition is very important that our body needs to help expedite the process of our body's metabolism.Skin tissue we also need the nutrients in this vitamin, as a defense against bacteria and microbes cause of acne.
* Vitamin A
    
Besides functioning to nourish our eyes, vitamin A is also able to maintain and repair skin tissue and prevents acne formation by reducing sebum production. Vitamin A also contains powerful antioxidants to help relieve feelings of anxiety or stress, because stress is one factor triggering the emergence of acne.
* Vitamin B
     
Vitamin B is comprised of (B1), (B2), (B5), (B6), B (12), each having a specific function in helping the skin growth as a whole in addition to other roles as cellular metabolism.
* Vitamin C
     
This vitamin is formed from ascorbic acid and antioxidants including groups that can neutralize free radicals throughout the body.Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is more famous for his role in maintaining and strengthening the immunity to infection, keeping the structure of collagen, a protein that connects all fiber network, skin, tendons, cartilage, and other tissues in the human body. Collagen structure is good to heal wounds, broken bones, bruises, minor bleeding and minor injuries. Included in acne, acne scars will soon heal if consuming vitamin C.
* Vitamin E
     
Vitamin E is an antioxidant involved in many body processes and operate asnatural antioxidants that help protect cell structures are important especially cell membranes from damage caused by free radicals.Vitamin E is also able to protect red blood cells which carries oxygen to all body tissues from damage.

     
From the above description can be concluded, that any vitamin has the ability to maintain metabolic and immune systems of our body from various diseases. Now, if all the vitamins we eat with a certain dose levels or the function will be optimal for the health of our bodies, but if too much, not too good, vitamins would be a poison in our bodies. If our bodies healthy, it is unlikely to attack bacteria, including acne.
